She is an entrepreneurial business executive with a long track record of leadership in community-based organizations. In 1984 she co-founded Uncommon Grounds Coffee, based on a "sustainable" global model. Andi Trindle is a consultant for VOLCAFE Specialty Coffee and Boot Coffee Consulting. She is Vice President of the International Women’s Coffee Alliance and serves on the board for the E-Café Foundation, an organization dedicated to Transparency, Sustainability and Quality for the specialty coffee industry.
