Sumatra
A true standout. Sumatran is one of the most unique coffees in the world. There is nothing like it. The aroma is strong, winy and earthy. Similar to some New Guineas but stronger, heavier and more aromatic. This complex, heavy bodied coffee most often exhibits an extremely low acidity but occasionally brightens with a spicy note. Traditionally it is half of the blend known as Mocha Java.
Sumatra Decaf:
A heady rich aroma, intense earthy taste, genuinely smooth, with low acidity. Medium roasted for substantial body. A real Dutch treat.
