Brazil consumes almost half the coffee it produces. It is processed in the traditional style of Arabian Mocha, which gives it a winy and fruity character. It is the most familiar coffee taste in America because it has traditionally constituted as much as half the coffee in mainstream blends over the last century. It is a heavy, full-bodied coffee but because of its low acidity, it is considered mild, soft, mellow and even subtle.
